Why Us

Authenticity is critical to effective communication.

If you don’t feel like you’re being yourself, you’re not going to be comfortable and your discomfort is going to show up in some way.  It’s not always a bad thing to be a little nervous as long as you’re being yourself.

The trick is to find that part of you that isn’t nervous – the part of you that’s actually confident about whatever communication situation you might be in.  For some of us finding that confident communicator is easy – it’s in the front of the drawer. But for many of us that confident speaker, manager, communicator is filed way in the back and hiding from sight.

A little faded…

That file might be a little faded and worn; a little wrinkled; it might have been mislabeled – but it’s in the drawer, I promise you.  And the more you pull that file; the more you use it, the easier it is to find.  It stays in the front of the drawer so you can grab it fast, and as you use it, you refine it, improve it.  You make a new folder, organize the contents, put a typed label on it, and it’s still you – your authentic self, your capable, skilled communicator now revealed, relaxed, confident and ready to go!.

Trust me…

Even people who speak publicly for a living get nervous sometimes, but they learn to work through it and it doesn’t stop them.  It just becomes a part of the process.  You can do this too.

Let’s Get Started…

I want to help you find that confident communicator that lives inside you.  Let’s pull that file and get started. Sometimes all it takes is someone in your corner. That’s what I do. I’m in your corner and I know you can be say or do whatever you want to.  Go ahead and ask for what you want – I’ll help you.
